Yes, you can return your order for whatever reason, to the same address as the sender provided your return meets the following conditions:

- The product is not damaged, and is unused and is in good condition

- The product is in its original packaging, if possible, if not, just use another package but make sure all the tags and labels on the actual item are intact

- The product is returned, within 21 days from the day it was received

- You will have to cover the postage cost of returns but what you have spent will be refunded to you along with the cost of your order upon the approval of your return.

You will get a refund within 5 working days after we have received your return and it will be refunded to the same mode that you used to pay for your order.

We will try to get you your order as soon as possible but because of the current worldwide shipping challenges you should allow for up to 21 days for standard shipping.

A link with the tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as you have completed your order.

As soon as you open your package and discover that your order is damaged/faulty/wrong please take a picture of the damaged/faulty/wrong part of the order with the package number and send it our email at whatsup@merch-masters.com

Make sure you do not take away the tags and labels from the orderPut the order back in its original packaging if possible if not just use another packageMail it back to us.

We accept all payments that are compatible with the Shopify platform, debit and credit cards, and PayPal.
