Shipping times will vary depending on where each individual product is sourced from. Our aim is to always get you your order as soon as possible but sometimes during very busy periods or due to challenges beyond our control like Covid or the current global shipping challenges, delivery might take a bit longer. Please allow for up to 21 days at the latest to receive your order but generally most orders do take a much shorter time than this.
We partner with a number of courier companies which include DHL, UPS, FEDEX, and AUS Post to ensure you receive your order in one piece and as soon as possible. But sometimes we might use other couriers depending on where our supplier is shipping from.
We generally offer free shipping on most of our products but sometimes we might charge shipping costs depending on where we are sourcing the product from
